Corrections

Correction reports are especially useful. To help us investigate quickly, please include:

• the exact page URL,
• the figure or statement you believe is wrong,
• what you believe it should be, and how you know.

We check the claim against the source record and correct mistakes in our processing. If the public record itself is wrong, we say so on the page rather than quietly substituting a different number — the whole point of the site is that it reflects what the record says.

Data and method questions

Each site has a methodology page describing exactly how its figures are computed. If anything there is unclear or appears wrong, tell us; we use such reports to improve the explanation and, where necessary, the method itself.

Removal requests

Our sites publish figures computed from public records, plus short excerpts of the public record text itself. Our pipeline redacts email addresses, phone numbers, web addresses and vehicle identification numbers from those excerpts before publication. If you believe an excerpt still contains identifying information, quote it and we will remove it. We cannot remove the underlying public record — that is held by the agency that published it, and requests to change it have to go to them.

Press, licensing and reuse

Figures may be cited with attribution and a link. Each site also publishes a machine-readable JSON index and an llms.txt for automated use. For anything larger than citation, write and ask.

What we will not answer

We do not give advice on whether to buy, keep or sell a specific vehicle or product, we do not accept paid placement or sponsored content, and we do not link-exchange.
